Tourism is what keeps me occupied. I'm a member of the Fairbanks Convention and Visitor Bureau, and a Charter member of the Fairbanks Association of Bed & Breakfasts as well as a charter member of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Alaska.
I really enjoy helping visitors to get the most out of what will probably be far too short a visit to Alaska! If you want, I'll help you make reservations around the state and I'll help to point you toward the things to see and do here in interior Alaska.
Fox Creek B & B is mainly my business, but Jeff helps out when he can.

Most of the year, I make my living as a media specialist for the Cooperative Extension Service at the University of Alaska. I also work occasionally as a freelance videographer and live television production technician.
In the winter, I contract with one of the local ski areas to groom snow for them with my Tucker Sno-Cat.
Of course, after I groom the snow, I have to critique my work. I love to ski, and I ski as much as I can in the winter.
In the summer, I enjoy riding one of my four motorcycles (of which only two run!) Lately, when I'm not working you can find me in front of my Macintosh computer, wasting time surfing the 'net or creating things like this homepage.
The way I see it, once you check in, you're part of the family. I look forward to being your "last frontier relative".

The late Ellie - aka Eldorado Rosebud - She passed on to doggie heaven on March, 6 2008 She was half German Shepard and half Alaskan sled dog, and to all who met and knew her, she will be surely missed. |
