- Each extra person is $15.00/night.
- Children between age six and fifteen are $1/year/child.
- Children 5 and under are FREE!
- There is an additional 8% borough bed tax due with full payment on arrival.
- There is a non refundable 50% deposit of the first night stay required to confirm your reservation.
- We do not accept any credit cards. Cash, Traveler's checks, money orders and personal/business checks in US funds are accepted.
